TERMS OF SERVICE

The agreement between you and Omniqu.

Last updated 9 August 2026.

The agreement

These Terms of Service are between Omniqu Pty Ltd (ABN 98 700 676 115, “Omniqu”, “we”, “us”) and the business that signs up for a plan (“you”, “your business”). By booking a demo, signing a proposal or paying an invoice, you agree to these terms.

The service

Omniqu runs your front desk and back office for you: an AI receptionist that answers your phone, webchat that answers your website, bookings or reservations with reminders, a CRM and pipeline, quotes and invoices that follow themselves up, Google review replies you approve, and managed website care. Which of these you get depends on your plan — see “Plans, pricing & billing” below.

Getting started

Our current promise is “Live within a week of signing.” About an hour of your time, once. Week one works by diverting your existing number, which happens the same day — you keep your number. Full porting, if you want it, runs in the background afterwards and can take carriers weeks.

Plans, pricing & billing

  • Care — Website & Reputation: $199/mo, plus $490 setup, one-off.
  • Front Desk — The phone, answered: $449/mo, plus $990 setup, one-off.
  • Full Operations — The whole desk: $799/mo, plus $1,490 setup, one-off.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. You're billed one invoice a month, on the 1st; the setup fee is a one-off charge on your first invoice.

First 20 clients: 25% off for 12 months: the first 20 businesses get 25% off for their first 12 months — Care $149 · Front Desk $339 · Full Operations $599 — locked in for as long as you stay on the plan. Setup fee waived for the first five clients in each segment, for case-study rights.

Usage allowances & soft caps

Full detail of what each plan includes lives on the pricing page; the rule that applies to all of it: Soft limits — we never switch anything off mid-month. At 80% of your allowance we tell you, and over it we talk about the right tier. A receptionist that stops answering is worse than no receptionist.

If you use more than your plan's allowance in a month, the extra is billed at a published rate — never as a surprise:

  • $0.50 per AI conversation
  • $0.75 per voice minute
  • $0.15 per SMS

Some allowances are listed as Fair use rather than a number. Fair use means normal operation of one business location; we never switch anything off mid-month — if usage is unusual, we call you first.

Term, cancellation & notice

Month-to-month. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice — your plan runs, and is billed, to the end of that notice period. To cancel, an email to support@omniqu.com.auis enough. Cancelling doesn't affect money already settled to your own Stripe account, and your customer list is yours — we hand it over cleanly, and you can ask for an export at any time.

Payments & your Stripe account

Deposits, gift-card sales and invoice payments from your customers settle directly into your own Stripe account — Omniqu never holds that money and never takes a commission on it. The only charge you'll ever see from Omniqu is your monthly subscription, plus any overage on the terms set out above. Stripe's own card processing fees apply and are charged by Stripe, not by us.

Gift cards & the Australian Consumer Law

If your plan includes gift cards, they're sold through your own Stripe account under your business's name. In line with the Australian Consumer Law, every gift card carries a minimum three-year expiry from the date it's sold, and we don't build in the kind of hidden or excessive fees the Australian Consumer Law exists to stop. You're the merchant of record for gift cards you sell — Omniqu provides the platform; you carry the usual retailer obligations that come with selling a gift card in Australia.

The AI receptionist — what it will and won’t do

Our AI receptionist and webchat answer only from information your business has approved — your services, your hours, your prices. It doesn't give legal, financial, medical or migration advice, and where a caller needs a human it hands over on request; every call and chat is transcribed for you to read. Omniqu does not make outbound telemarketing calls.

Your responsibilities

You keep the information the AI relies on accurate and up to date, you make sure anyone using your Omniqu account is authorised to act for your business, and you're responsible for your own compliance obligations to your customers — for example, the gift-card obligations above.

Liability & disclaimers

We provide the Omniqu service with reasonable care and skill. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any claim is capped at the fees you've paid us in the three months before the claim — except where the Australian Consumer Law gives you rights that can't be excluded; nothing in these terms limits those.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. If a change materially affects your plan, we'll tell you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Omniqu after that means you accept the update.

Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Questions? Email support@omniqu.com.au or call 0482 080 809 — humans Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm, the AI always.
