The honest answer to "what happens after hours" is that there mostly isn't an after-hours mode to configure — the AI answers around the clock, every day, including public holidays.
Why there’s no separate holiday setting
Our own team works Mon–Fri, 8am–6pm — that's when a person picks up if a call needs to reach us. The AI covers everything outside that, and it doesn't need a Boxing Day exception because it was never closed to begin with.
GOOD TO KNOW
If your business itself is closed for a public holiday, tell us and we’ll update your instructions so the AI says so — that’s a change to what it knows, not a schedule it manages on its own.
